Precise welding craftsmanship is essential, as uneven welds or internal bubbles can significantly impair heat transfer efficiency.

Modern air-cooled heat sinks consist of three main components: base, heat pipes, and fins. Each component critically impacts cooling performance, and all three must work in harmony.
