The SGM8703 is a single, rail-to-rail input CMOScomparator with typical 300nA ultra-low power supplycurrent. The comparator operates from a wide range of1.4V to 5.5V supply voltage, and is guaranteed tooperate at 1.4V, 2.5V and 5.0V. This feature is suitablefor battery-powered applications.The SGM8703 is optimized for micro-power, single-supplyoperation. The push-pull output stage supportsrail-to-rail output swing and allows for operation withabsolute minimum power consumption when drivingany capacitive or resistive load. The SGM8703 alsohas a latch enable input pin (LE ).The SGM8703 is available in a Green SOT-23-6package. The small package makes this device idealfor use in hand-held electronics and mobile phoneapplications. It is rated over the -40°C to +85°Ctemperature range.
