We are using 1.5mm red copper double-sided panels
The double-sided board structure is a copper plate with LED beads attached to both sides, and the distance between the light-emitting surfaces is the thickness of the copper plate. The single-panel structure has only one side attached with LED beads. It requires two copper plates with an aluminum part in between for heat conduction. The distance between the light-emitting surfaces is the thickness of the two copper plates plus the thickness of the aluminum part.
