The water cooling plate of new energy vehicles is a key component of efficient thermal management solutions, widely used in fields such as new energy vehicle battery systems, computer servers, and high-end industrial control equipment.
Its airtightness is crucial for ensuring the stability of coolant circulation, preventing electrical short circuits and corrosion, and maintaining system pressure balance, which directly affects the stability, reliability, and service life of electronic devices.
The core importance of the airtightness of water cooling plates is reflected in the following aspects:
1. Ensure smooth circulation of coolant: The water cooling plate effectively removes and dissipates the heat generated by electronic components through the circulation of internal coolant.
If the airtightness is poor, coolant leakage will cause circulation interruption or unstable flow, significantly weakening the heat dissipation effect and putting electronic components at risk of rapid temperature rise, thereby affecting their performance and service life.
2. Prevention of electrical faults and corrosion damage: Leakage of coolant onto electrical components inside electronic devices may cause electrical short circuit faults, leading to serious consequences such as reduced computing power, system crashes, or hardware damage.
